Blockchain Developer
Job Responsibilities
- Design, code, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity / Rust.
- Integrate blockchain layers with ERP Global’s AI trading engine and REST APIs.
- Develop and maintain DApps and internal blockchain utilities.
- Implement token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, BEP-20) for various digital-asset projects.
- Conduct smart-contract audits, unit testing, and bug fixes
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to record trading results on-chain.
- Ensure code adheres to security and gas-optimization best practices.
- Prepare clear technical documentation for every deployment.
- Research emerging L2 networks, DeFi protocols, and Web3 tools for adoption.
- Support post-launch maintenance and performance upgrades.
Job Context
You’ll be part of ERP Global’s core product-engineering team building secure, automated blockchain solutions for AI-powered crypto trading. You’ll work closely with backend, AI, and security teams to design decentralized architectures, manage token logic, and optimize smart-contract performance. Your work ensures transparency, scalability, and trust across the ERP Global ecosystem.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Blockchain Engineering.
Specialized certifications in Blockchain Development, Web3, or Smart Contract Programming are highly preferred.
Strong academic foundation in cryptography, distributed systems, and database management.
Candidates with proven hands-on blockchain project portfolios may be considered in place of formal degrees.
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years total experience in blockchain or full-stack development.
- Proven delivery of Ethereum / Polygon / BSC projects.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat / Truffle frameworks.
- Familiar with Node.js, Python, and database integration (MySQL / MongoDB).
- Hands-on knowledge of smart-contract testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to DeFi platforms, token omics, and DAO mechanisms
- Advantage if experienced in AI integration with on-chain data or oracle systems.
Additional Requirements
You have to be experienced with UI frameworks in general; we love the Angular and Angular material.
You have to be experienced in building Single Page Applications (SPA) & integrating Web (Rest) API.
Well versed with Angular modules or you have created custom and web components by yourself.
You must have practical experience on Node.js, TypeScript, webpack and Third party library.
You have an in-depth understanding of cross browser compatibility and you do not create bugs for such reasons.
You are pixel-perfect in design conversions and you think of mobile-first implementations.
You should have knowledge of CSS preprocessors, Media queries, Image compression and be good with debugging.
